Return Policy

At Maison James, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Personalized Items

All personalized and monogrammed items are custom-made exclusively for you and are therefore final sale. Personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Makeup Brushes

Due to hygiene and sanitary considerations, all makeup brushes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Store Credit

Eligible non-personalized merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unused and in their original condition
* Returned with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and inserts
* Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Approved returns will be issued as Maison James store credit. No cash refunds will be provided.

Original shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, personalization charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in any store credit issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

* Personalized or monogrammed items
* Makeup brushes
* Gift cards
* Sale or promotional items
* Any item showing signs of use

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at concierge@maison-james.com and include photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Right to Refuse Returns

Maison James reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above. Returns that are damaged, used, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
